Policies

FRESH-CUT FLOWERS

Customers must call within 72 hours from day of purchase or delivery when unsatisfied with a fresh-cut flower arrangement. Arrangements will be picked up on the next business day and the recipient will receive a full replacement arrangement (depending on design.) When the customer makes an in-store purchase, it is the customers responsibility to return the product to our shop.

 

DELIVERY

To ensure an efficient delivery we will call all of our recipients to set up delivery. Please DO NOT put your number in for the recipients phone number. If the recipients phone number is not provided to us to set up delivery, all fresh arrangements will be left at the address given. If we leave a voicemail and do not hear back from the recipient within two hours, our driver will leave the arrangement at the designated address that was given. We will not be responsible for anything that happens to your fresh arrangement, plant, gift or perishable item. All schools and businesses will be delivered during their business hours unless notified by the sender of recent closures or if the recipient left early. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.

A local delivery fee of $15.00 - $25.00 will be added to each order (depending on address.) For deliveries outside our local delivery area, we will send your order to a local flower shop in that specific area. Additional fees will apply.

 

FLOWER SUBSTITUTION 

Flower substitutions will occasionally occur. Flowers will vary based on availability and order date. Same as for vases/containers. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its color scheme will. Substitution of blooms will always be of equal value or higher value.  Our selection of flowers is always changing to ensure a fresh, seasonal mix of blooms with a varying color palette from week to week. We cannot guarantee any specific flowers. We always do our best to accommodate any special requests. Sometimes our photos may represent a specific type vase which cannot be exactly replicated. If a substitution is required for a vase, a designer will choose a vase that is in stock that best fits the theme and color scheme of the arrangement.

 

CANCELLATIONS

A $7 non-refundable charge will be assessed on all cancellations.
